Part-time or full-time Customer Service Representative needed for insurance agency in Scottdale area.
Agency business is approximately 90% personal lines and 10% commercial lines.
The agency has been a part of the Scottdale community for nearly 70 years.

Qualifications:
Licensed in PA for Property/Casualty Insurance Knowledge of Internet, quoting platforms, MS Word/Excel and agency management systems Minimum of three years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an agency Willingness to abide by carrier and agency underwriting guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects Insurance CSR Key
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service both on the telephone and for walk-in clients Process endorsements and claims Maintain and cross-sell existing accounts Promote new business for the agency Receive customer payments Work with agents and underwriters to ensure profitable book of business Filing as needed Insurance CSR Key Benefits (Full Time):
