Our products are corrosion resistant alloys based on stainless steel, nickel, titanium We are now looking for Maintenance Technician for our very promising site of Alleima Precision Tube, based at Scottdale PA, USA.
We are a plant specialized in producing high precision stainless and nickel alloy tube products to various high demanding industries including aerospace, transportation, nuclear and petrochemical.
Your Roles You will assist in operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
What we expect from you is:
Locating sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation Removing defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
Assisting Supervisor in controlling downtime by helping to inform production workers of routine maintenance techniques, monitoring compliance.
Fabricating repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Assisting in maintaining equipment and parts.
Assisting in conserving maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Assisting in maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Contributing to team effort.
About you:
The Maintenance Technician must possess previous industrial experience and possess a high school diploma or GED, with a trade school degree preferred.
You have demonstrated competence in troubleshooting and diagnosis of a variety of complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
